Have used TurboTax for years. It gets the job done quickly and neatly. I am having some problems with the 2009 software and have been in contact with Intuit to resolve. They have been helpful, but problem is intermittent and hard to resolve (tool bar drop down menu's will not remain open more often than not to allow clicking on function choice) but does not affect the program itself, just an inconvenience for the user. We un-installed and reinstalled from a web downloaded file and did not resolve the problem. The only program on my PC that does this (didn't you know that the machine are user is always the problem - never the software - LOL).
